BIN Vane Pumps Design & Development
The binnary vane pump is a type of positive displacement pump widely utilized in various vehicles and equipment. Due to its symmetrical radial pressure load, it enhances the stress
conditions on the rotor and bearings under high-pressure conditions, making it capable of easily delivering higher pressures (maximum pressure not less than 20 MPa). APT's proprietary
technology allows customization for specific customer applications, providing solutions with higher reliability, lower wear and vibration noise, superior performance, and lower power
consumption.
In normal operation, the geometric profile of the stator's working surface entirely constrains the motion and dynamic characteristics of the vanes, making it a decisive factor for the
pump's performance, component wear life, and vibration noise. APT's Real Montion® algorithm solves various types of stator profile curves, allowing for more precise control of vane
motion characteristics. Customization and multi-parameter optimization of the stator curve enable the optimization of volumetric efficiency, suction-discharge characteristics,
vibration noise, friction wear, and component life. For more details, please click:
APT can also customize and develop entirely new types of profile curves according to the specific requirements of customers.
- Oil Distribution Plate & Poting Technology
The end face distributor plate of the dinnary vane pump features a complex oil groove structure. APT's parametric design software enables users to achieve fully automatic or
partially intervened optimized distributor plate designs. This can significantly enhance the pump's cavitation characteristics under extreme conditions, improve the stress
conditions of components, better control the radial displacement of blades, achieve improved sealing, reduce wear, and enhance vibration noise.
