Rotor Pump Design & Development
Internal meshing rotor pumps feature a compact structure, good reliability, and low cost, making it widely applicable in various lubrication and hydraulic scenarios.
APT's proprietary technology allows for the customization of higher performance and reliability, as well as solutions with lower vibration, noise, and power
consumption tailored to specific customer applications.
As the core components of the rotor pump, the coupling characteristics of the inner and outer rotors profile determine the critical performance aspects such as efficiency,
cavitation, and NVH. The profile technology of APT breaks through the mathematical barriers of traditional profile solving and achieves more efficient
optimization and innovation of rotor profiles:
- Oil Distribution Plate & Poting Technology
The high and low-pressure distribution grooves and other fluid domain features of the rotor pump determine its cavitation characteristics, pressure pulsations, vibration,
and noise, among other input and output performance factors. APT's proprietary technology and optimized design enable the oil pump to operate stably and reliably under
challenging conditions, including high altitude (inlet absolute pressure 0.15 bar) and high speed (15,000 RPM).
- Smart controllable output
In accordance with specific technical requirements, single-stage, double-stages or continuously variable pressure output can be achieved with specific control valves or valve groups.
Compared with variable displacement vane pumps, variable pressure output rotor pumps represent a more economical and energy-efficient solution for emission reduction.
- High Pressure Rotor Pump Solution
Depending on the specific working conditions and technical requirements, APT offers a variety of high-pressure rotor pump solutions which can achieve a maximum output
pressure of 5MPa (volume efficiency is not less than 85%).
