- High performance, high reliability fuel pump design
APT has successfully developed fuel pump for a high-thrust (35 tons) commercial turbofan engine. The product comprises a centrifugal booster stage and a gear pump high-pressure stage,
delivers high output pressure (>16.5MPa), high power (>160KW), and targets a high MTBF (>80,000 hours). The design faced formidable challenges, including the gear stage design for high
output pressure, large flow, and high volumetric efficiency; bearing design for low viscosity, high-pressure loads; optimized matching of centrifugal and gear stages; structurally
designed for high internal stress and low weight; and the overall optimization for multiple parameters in extreme conditions to achieve a long MTBF with high reliability. APT's core

- Integrated design of complex systems
The aviation fuel pump comprises a boost stage consisting of an inducer and a centrifugal impeller, a high pressure stage formed by a gear pump, a high-flow pressure regulating valve,
a series of filtration devices and sealing devices, making the system integration highly complex. APT's proprietary series of technologies, design tools, and calculation methods enable
the optimization and coordination of various subsystems at the system level. This ensures better matching of each module, achieving optimal performance.
